Refund Policy

Our datasets are digital goods delivered immediately after Stripe confirms payment. Once a download link has been issued and accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • The download link could not be issued because of a fault on our end.
  • The file is materially corrupt or unreadable, and we cannot supply a working copy within 5 business days.
  • The pack contains fewer than 80% of the advertised record count.

To request a refund, email info@btobconnection.com within 14 days of purchase, including your Stripe receipt number. We will respond within one business day.

Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
